Chrome Plated Rod Tube ST52 E355
Piston rod tube is made of cold drawn seamless steel tube with stress relieve and annealing. Dingxin manufacture the piston rod tube from the raw material to the finished precision steel tube internally. The high surface quality of Dingxin chrome tube is applicable for operations afterwards such as chrome plating, turned or ground. Dingxin has around 20 years in manufacturing of rod tube ST52 and rod tube E355.
ASTM A519 Chrome Plated Rod Tube 1026
Chrome plated tube, which is also known as chrome plated rod tube, is made of cold drawn seamless tube. Dingxin has been supplying and exporting chrome plated tubing for around 20 years. We source leading raw materials such as TPCO, BAO Steel, SHA Steel which are leading mills in China. The rod tube is used for turned, ground, chrome plated and polished O.D. tubing used in the manufacture of hydraulic cylinders. One main material for chrome plated tubing is AISI 1026.

Processing Procedures For Piston Rod Tube
In the manufacturing process of piston rod tubes, it is essential to select high-quality materials and perform rigorous material screening and quality inspections to ensure that the product materials comply with standard requirements.
A series of processes are involved, including cutting, welding, and grinding. Among these, grinding is a critical process. It primarily utilizes a high-speed grinder to polish the inner and outer surfaces of the piston rod tube, thereby achieving high-precision processing requirements.
