Types of Casing Tube

NW HW PW Drill Casing Pipe 4130 1541 30CrMo 40Mn2 N80 R780 J55
Seamless casing pipe is used to prevent borehole collapsing, which are widely used in geotechnical applications. Even though casing tube is not subject to the same stresses as drill rod, we apply the same care in design, manufacturing and quality assurance disciplines for all our tubular products.
Dingxin’s seamless casing pipes are designed and produced according to industry standards as GB/T 9808, ISO 10097, DCDMA, etc., designations. We offer a range of alloy steel raw material with different heat treatments to meet customers’ diversified requirements in cost and application.
N80 J55 K55 Casing Pipe
Casing pipes are what are place in the hole once the drill if finished. This keeps the shape for the hole and offers a framework to work with. This strengthens the hole that was just drilled and takes away the hazard of the hole collapsing and effecting a cave in. The tubes are mainly alloy steel tube to withstand a lot of inner earth pressure.
N80 casing pipe, J55 casing pipe, K55 casing pipe are general grade tubing that widely used in oil and gas drilling activities. As we know Grade J55/K55 is the low grade in API 5CT specification for casing and tubing. A higher grade than J55/K55 is N80, it is a medium grade divides in N80-1 and N80-Q.
