EN10305-1 E215 E235 E355 Pre Honed Tube

Pre honed steel tube or pre skived and roller burnished tubes are made from seamless cold finished precision steel tube for the cylinder barrel manufacturing. The inner diameter of cold drawn steel tube is designed to allow machining by either honing or skiving and roller burnishing. The tolerance of inner diameter is agreed upon clients’ request and outer diameter tolerance is according to EN 10305-1. Dingxin can produce the pre honed tube EN10305-1 E355 with tight inner diameter to help our clients to save materials for the following process steps.

      A: Normally 7 to 14 days if the requested tubes are in stock. Otherwise, the manufacturing cycle is around 30 to 45 days depending on the quantity and process.
